Dudley opened as part of Battle Creek Public Schools’ vision for a true cradle-to-career pipeline — an early learning center, elementary, middle, and high school, all within five miles of each other. Led By Someone Who Grew Up Here
Tricha Grajek holds a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Early Childhood, with principal and district administrator certifications. She’s worked in early childhood education since 2004 and has directed programs for over a decade — and she’s a Battle Creek Public Schools graduate herself, born and raised right here in this community.

Our dedicated educators hold a mix of Master’s, Bachelor’s, Associate’s, and CDA credentials (or are actively working toward one). We keep class sizes intentionally small, so these passionate teachers can give your child the attention they deserve.

For children with additional needs or IEPs, we provide the most supportive start with a special education team on hand to tailor the least restrictive environment. That looks different for each unique individual, and we keep you involved every step of the way.
